Crocheted items have taken the photograhy world by storm. They add texture and depth to a casual outfit, which adds a similar depth to the portrait itself. Last March when I was headed to Utah, I knew I wanted family pics in the snow with bright colors. Adding a few crocheted pieces gave our ensemble the extra touch that pulled it all together. I found Jenny through my sis in law (that cute prego one below) and she was so good to listen to what I wanted and found the colors and everything. The hats, the scarf, the baby booties, the gloves.
I also asked her to make this scarf with flowers on it–love it!
Then just last month, I realized I needed some diaper covers for newborns and why not have a matching hat? She got a pattern and whipped up a pink set and a blue set. LOVE.
